Vinera Hub Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Vinera Hub ("Vinera Hub," "we," "our," "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Services.

 

2. Scope of Services

Vinera Hub is a global platform that connects wine enthusiasts with wine experiences, including tastings, vineyard tours, and curated events. Vinera Hub acts solely as an intermediary and does not operate or manage any vineyards or third-party services listed on our platform. We are not a party to any agreements between experience providers and users.

 

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services and be legally capable of entering into binding contracts. By accessing our platform, you confirm you meet these requirements. If using on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms on its behalf.

 

4. Account Registration and Responsibilities

Account Creation: Users may need to register to book experiences or list offerings. You agree to provide accurate and current information.

Security: You are responsible for maintaining account security. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized activity.

Termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms without liability.

 

5. Listings and Bookings

Experience Listings: Providers must ensure all listings are accurate, legal, and up to date. Vinera Hub does not guarantee the quality or accuracy of listings.

Booking Agreements: When a booking is confirmed, a binding agreement forms between the provider and the guest. Vinera Hub is not liable for any issues arising from these agreements.

Payments: Payments are processed through third-party systems. Vinera Hub is not responsible for processing errors or disputes.

 

6. Provider Responsibilities

Compliance: Providers are responsible for meeting all legal, health, and safety regulations.

Accuracy: Descriptions, pricing, and availability must be up-to-date and accurate.

Cancellations: Providers must honor confirmed bookings unless due to extraordinary circumstances. Frequent cancellations may result in account suspension.

 

7. Guest Responsibilities

Eligibility: Guests must meet experience requirements (e.g., legal drinking age).

Conduct: Guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly at all events.

Payments: Guests agree to pay the total booking amount, including applicable taxes and fees.

 

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Provider Cancellations: Guests will receive a full refund if the provider cancels. Repeated provider cancellations may result in disciplinary actions.

Guest Cancellations: Subject to the cancellation policy set by the provider.

Force Majeure: Vinera Hub is not responsible for disruptions caused by uncontrollable events (weather, emergencies, etc.).

 

9. Fees and Payments

Service Fees: Vinera Hub may charge service fees, disclosed at the time of booking or listing.

Third-Party Payments: Payment transactions are handled by third-party processors.

Taxes: Experience providers are responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes.

 

10. Insurance and Liability

Provider Insurance: Providers are responsible for obtaining any insurance relevant to their services.

Guest Liability: Guests may be held liable for damage or misconduct during experiences.

Damage Claims: Disputes over damage or loss must be handled between the parties involved. Vinera Hub is not responsible for resolving such claims.

 

11. Dispute Resolution

Resolution Attempt: Users agree to attempt informal resolution before seeking legal recourse.

Arbitration: If unresolved, disputes may be settled through binding arbitration governed by Swiss or EU law.

Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland and the European Union.

 

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vinera Hub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, personal injury, or property damage arising from use of the Services.

 

13. Platform Security

Vinera Hub takes reasonable steps to protect user data and platform integrity. However, we cannot guarantee complete security or immunity from fraud or misuse by third parties.

 

14. Acceptance of Additional Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you also accept other platform terms including policies listed in our website footer under "Company Links."
