Vinera Hub Affiliate Program: Terms and Conditions
To ensure transparency, fairness, and integrity, the Vinera Hub Affiliate Program operates under the following terms and conditions. All participants must read, understand, and agree to these terms before promoting our services.
The Affiliate Program is open to individuals and businesses globally. Participants must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract.
By completing the affiliate registration form on our platform, you confirm your agreement with these terms and conditions. Vinera Hub reserves the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion.
Affiliates must use only authorized marketing materials provided by Vinera Hub.
You may not alter or reproduce marketing materials without prior written approval.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, including advertising standards and data privacy regulations.
Unethical behaviors such as cookie stuffing, false advertising, or misrepresentation of Vinera Hub are strictly prohibited.
Affiliates earn a commission on successful referrals that result in completed bookings.
Vinera Hub reserves the right to modify the commission percentage at any time.
Commissions are only valid for non-cancelled, non-refunded, and non-chargeback bookings.
The standard cookie window is 14 days.
The last affiliate link clicked before a booking is credited with the commission.
Payouts are made after the booked experience has been completed.
Payments are processed via Stripe or PayPal. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details.
Vinera Hub may withhold payments if fraud or breach of terms is suspected.
Commissions are not earned on bookings tied to promotional codes, discounts, or special offers unless explicitly authorized.
Affiliates may not earn commissions from self-referrals or transactions involving immediate family members.
Either party may terminate participation at any time via written notice.
Affiliates will receive outstanding earnings accrued before termination, provided they meet the minimum payout threshold and are not associated with fraudulent activity.
Vinera Hub may revise these terms and conditions at any time. It is the affiliate’s responsibility to review updates and decide whether to continue participating in the program.
Vinera Hub shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of tracking, system uptime, or uninterrupted service.
